‘Wait’ is a reflection on the many facets of womanhood, stepping into your power and overcoming mental and sometimes societal obstacles that we feel are in our way. There are songs about friendship, self-acceptance, learning to give yourself love and give yourself time, as well as questioning what you’ve been told you should be. It’s a celebration of vocal harmony and a collection of all of our eclectic influences in one place, blurring boundaries between alt-pop, neo-folk, neo-soul, contemporary jazz, and influences from past decades also
